Reactivation or extending a student license version

i reactivated my autocad a week and a half ago, and it was working fine, now its saying i didnt and will not let me in to do my work.  is there a number so i can physically  speak with someone b i dont know what the problem is?

Student versions are only good for 3 years.  When they expired, well..

How to Extend Student Software

Educational software includes the current version and 3 versions back.

Educational Software is offered for a term of 3 years.

You can not re-activate a previously used version when the version expires you must download another version listed in the Education Community if you are still an eligible student.

Yes, please refer to this post, please return to the educational community website & follow these Steps to Set-Up Student Software allowing you to have access to the newer versions of the products & have them in your Autodesk Account.
