Reactivating Home Use License

Hello,

I haven’t used autodesk for about a year, and now it doesn’t work anymore.

It says “You have acquired Home Use as a Subscription benefit. Your Subscription is still active, but your Home Use license has expired.”

Is it possible to renew my license please?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

If you subscription is still active or your maintenance plan is still current and you have a network license at work..  Home use license is only good for 1 yr.   When that yr is up you have to request home use again if the subscription or maintenance plan is current.
