The solution suggested is OK for single user on a single computer.
The problem I have is in student computer lab, where 1000 different
students are using about 600 different PCs.

And we are UVE (User Virtual Environment) so basically it always runs as
first time.
The problem is that AutoCAD on first run using MsiExec to create:
registry entry:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R23.0]
"CurVer"="ACAD-2001:409"
"LastLaunchedProduct"="ACAD"
"LastLaunchedLanguage"="en-US"

And Local and Roaming AppData folders
"%localappdata%\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019"
"%appdata%\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019"

Everything is fine if MsiExec is not used by another application.
But if something is running in background using MsiExec AutoCAD will not
run.

Actually above looks as workaround.

I have created batch file which copies folders above from a share.
Copy registry exported from a PC which ran AutoCAD successfully.

When I run the batch file before and then run AutoCAD it thinks that first
run is already done, and it doesn't use MsiExec to configure it. And it
works then.

This posting got separated from the original aspect and not knowing what was the original question makes it hard to troubleshoot.
