Raster Design 2022 Install fails

New poster here, please forgive any incompliance issues:

I am trying to install RD 2022 using Autodesk Desktop App. Everything runs smoothly (download, unpack etc.) but at the end it fails with a simple message:

"Install failed. 

Exit install and reinstall"

I recently upgraded from the 2021 version (when is Autodesk going to make version upgrade automatic???) which I previously had uninstalled from Windows control panel.

Any ideas?

Do you need more info to help? (log files etc.)??

First of all you need to have AutoCAD 2022 installed on your PC, is that the case?

Then I would say don't bother with the Desktop App and use the Browser Download method from your Autodesk account to download the installation files:

Review this article before proceeding:

Try installing from this and if it fails, attach your installation logs:

Thanks for your feedback. 

I would like to know more about the issue. could you please share the ODIS(zip) log files form this location C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ODIS?
