Hi @Anonymous,

Reach out to educational support who can look at your account and follow up

https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

In the meantime, you can disconnect from wifi/internet/network and launch the program and once running reconnect as a workaround.

disconnecting from the wifi and launching the software doesn't help at all. this message "Your eligibility to use Autodesk products is undergoing standard export screening" only shows up on the website, when i login in the software it thinks that i do not even have a license.

@Anonymous Apologies, my mistake, still reach out to Education Support but it should be fixed sharpish as you'll find out whether you need to submit more information or have passed the screening.

I'm having the same problems with the message that I am undergoing standard export screening when I'm on the website trying to download Civil 3d.  Autodesk has opened a ticket and emailed me asking for additional information like school address, phone number, etc.  It has been 3 days since I provided that information to them and I still get the same message when trying to download products.  How long does it usually take to fix this issue?

I emailed their customer support, its listed on their website that they usually take 2 business days to reply so probably wait till the end of the week. Please let me know if there are any updates!
