PROPERTIES - "UNKNOWN COMMAND"

I recently downloaded an update for AUTOCAD 2018 LT.  Now I can't access the properties box.  Normally I access it from the "right click" pop up menu. Since the update, when I click on "properties" from this menu, it tells me "unknown command."  What happened, and how do I fix this?

Sounds like your support paths may be messed up.

Try resetting your profile.
