Problems with Revit 2020 student

Hello.

I´m student and I´ve been trying to install Revit 2020 two times with US metric libraries and spanish too. But in twice, at the end of the installation, it shows that everything failed (look at the image attached).

I have the required space in my computer, and I´m sure that it has all the requirements to run the software.

If you are using a Download Now or Install Now you want to try a more effective method called Browser Download.

1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background 
3. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
5. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
7. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)

 If the problem resolved, accept this as solution.

And one more thing, before you doing e above methods, check with your Antivirus is disabled or enabled. "It must be Disable until restart" during installation. 

Try this first and it didn't workout go ahead with my first reply above methods.

Hi, I´ve been trying to download the software with your method and with different methods.

With browser download I can download just one file (look the image attached), and the page says that would be 7.

The browser download would download the seven parts automatically? Or what would I do to search the other six parts to download?

Just double click the .sfx file. It will Auto self extraction to your Local Disk :C drive. And the installation will start automatically.

In the image attached I show the fail that shows me when I try to open the file.

Can you translate the error to English ? I didn't get what error it was that !!

Is something like...

"FAIL

The downloading of the product requires several files.

At least one file was not finded, or it was not downloaded yet".

So, the fail is that the pc can´t find the rest of the files required to do the installation.

See actually it's downloaded through browser means the .SFX files must be two files. One is supporting file (less file size)0another one is normal file (large file size)

So here the error is the file may be missing. Thats the error. 

Did you check with your Antivirus / firewall..while downloading it must be disabled.

Sorry, but I couldn´t change my pc language to show you the image attached in english.

In the image I show the Firewall window. If you understand the icons, could you tell me if is it disabled correctly?

I dissabled the domain network, the public and the private network.

This is the configuration I used to download the file I showed you. Is it great?

If you're only getting a single file you need to disable your pop up blocker;

If you're on Chrome:

Click the padlock on the search bar,

Click Site Settings,

Set Pop ups and redirects to Allow.

This error seems to indicate that the Licensing Service did not install. Can you please share the log file with us? 

1. First, conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it.

3. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
4. Before installing a 2020 version it is recommended that you first install the latest Autodesk Licensing Service Updates (for 2020 versions). 
5. Then restart the computer and test the product. If the issue persists continue on to Option 2.

Hello guys, thanks for all your comments and your help, but I consulted to a local technical and maybe the problem is on my computer or maybe in my wifi connection. He will review my computer and will help me to install the software correctly.
