Problems using the Autodesk website to get educational access

I'm trying to set up a student license but I can't get past the "Get Educational Access" button on this page: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=individual

Trying to click any of the "get access" or "get started" results in this error message: "Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later." I've been trying for three days now. As suggested by past posts, I set up 2fa and have also checked my products and services. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @clarkdavDXT98

I am sorry to hear that, I would try again but if you run into any issues reach out to the Educational Support Team they are the only team that can provide you with an explanation regarding your account access.

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

@clarkdavDXT98,

as @natasha.l said, you'll have to contact Educational support for this.

Nut I'd also recommend you to try using a different browser. As I have seen others going past this..

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

@clarkdavDXT98

Were you able to get it resolved, also, did you do what @natasha.l  recommended about contacting support

This is a known issue for some and only Support has been able to resolve it.

I'm not sure why the site wasn't working for me but I might have a clue. The account I was using was a part of a class under my teacher as an administrator. He had previously given me access to fusion 360, so I guess having a license or being a part of one might have something to do with it? Maybe the system doesn't allow someone with any active licenses to gain educational access... The site worked for me when I tried with a new account. I solved it myself before support got back to me. So I guess a possible solution is trying with a different account?

Hello!
My trick was to use the ad blocker extension in Chrome to disable the popup window, then the whole overlay and then use Ctrl+Mouse 3 to reduce the page scaling and click on the "Get started" option for the program. I could then validate the student license.
