Problem with the software license

Hi all,

I've been having a problem with 3ds Max. Basically, whenever I open the program and click on "sign in" to activate the program through the student program, I get this error message shown in the attached screenshot.

This all started because I've been having a different problem (which I'm gonna post about in another thread) that lead me to uninstall and reinstall the program to see if anything would change, considering I haven't really found a solution by searching on google.

I've already tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it a few times, switching to different versions (right now I'm on 2021), even tried some of the possible solutions that were given in other threads, but still nothing. Can anyone please guide me on how to fix this problem? I've been dealing with this for the past few days and it's becoming really annoying. Thanks in advance.

I had tried that already with no results. Luckily though, I found this guide https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall on how to do a clean uninstall and it worked, so I'm set now. Thanks for the help though!

Dear Autodesk, if we need to install dozens of crap files in order to run this why don't you put them in a single file? Why do I need to search in this web page for answers instead to run Team Viewer and to solve my problem in YOUR time not in MINE? TOTAL disrespect to the clients!!!  (edited by MCD)
