Problem with educational license

Hello everybody,

I am a first year university student and i have gained educational access in order to download Autocad, like all my classmates did. I got the confirmational e-mail (stating that i am eligible for free one-year educational access to Autodesk products), I was redirected to the product selection website throuth the get products buttonn in the e-mail and i installed the 2019 version  succesfuly. After installation thought, i signed in with my acount (which has the educational access for a year) but it still asked me for further activation. I then downloaded both 2020 and 2021 versions but the same thing  happened. More specifically in the 2021 version,after signing in, i was automatically put in the 30 day trial version. Please help me out.

Have you clicked through 'Get Products' and started the download?

You should receive an email informing you that the software has been added.
