Problem to re-activate license

Hi, I have a institutional license that I'm using for more than 3 years, every year I have to re-activate the license and it works just clicking in the "activate" button when the software starts. 
The problem is: everytime I open I have to click this activate button and it shows a message that everything is ok (I've attached a print), but there's a time as if it's a free-trial license. I already checked my license at my own account in autodesk website, checked the licenses from my University and everything is ok. 
I've tried to manually activate (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/activate/manual-activation-registra...), but the "next" option is not there, I just have "back", "close" and "try again" (another print)

Should I wait for the time to expire? There's another way to manually activate? Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

This issue occurs when internet connectivity is restricted in some way. Please take a look at this article, "Establish an Internet connection to continue" when activating an Autodesk subscription.

I'm still trying to solve the problem. I've reported directly to an autodesk employee, he told me that maybe the problem is that my university requested the license, but it was not activated. So I'm trying to talk with the IT department at my university
