[Problem] The Software licence check out failed. Error 2

Hi

Its been 3 day since I got this error when I'm opening 3DS Max.

And... I've tried everything to solved it. Of course, nothing worked out for me... I reinstalled 3DSMax like 5 times + 3 different versions -> nope.

But I saw in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdLM\R11\ the AdlmErrorCodes.xml tell each error code.

<DESCRIPTION>Failed: Internal programming

What does that mean? And how can I fix it? 

Ì really need to fix it as soon as possible since this is for school...

You ProductInformation.pit file is corrupted. You'll need to uninstall software then delete the directory where the Productinformation.pit reside (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk) 

Then reinstall the software.
