problem renovating the educational license!!!! help

Hello, i'm trying to renovate my student license with Autocad 2020. When i try to access it appears a messagge like the one in my picture and i can't go on. Please help me i have an exam in february!!! I tried every thing.

We're aware of the issue on the education product page, I'm currently in contact with the education teams, and they are working to resolve the problem. In the meantime, I would recommend reaching out to education support, who will be able to solve your issue.
