today I received a notification that my Educational Licence is going to expire in 30 days. Since I am already eligible, I pressed the button "Renewal now" but it didn't work. Then, following the instruction here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/autodesk-for-education/students-a... I logged in on the website and looked at the notifications.
I don't have any notifications, so I don't know how to renew the license. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, there is no direct phone number or contact option for the educational support team. The online form is the option available right now, this will open a case then an agent will get in contact with you directly.

Same issue and support has told me to uninstall and reinstall programs which has not worked.
Tried using AVA and just created a support ticket (again) for the same issue that has been going on for over 15 days. I've attached a screen record of me following the exact steps requested of me along with trying to use the most recent RENEW email sent to me.
