Problem on student versions login

For some reason, I can not download a student version anymore. I did success with fusion 360 but when I tried to download the Recap page ask me to complete my profile and log in when I try I get this "Oops ..an error occurred" text every time. I have tried different browsers and deleting my cache but no help.

As long as your details are correct it shouldn't be an issue, most of the time give it a few hours to a day and the service comes online.
