problem installing fusion

i try to install fusion behind proxy server. i add *.autodesk.com; *.autodesk360.com; *.google-analytics.com; *.akamaiedge.net; *.amazonaws.com; uploads.protolabs.com; www.mcmaster.com; *.akamaitechnologies.com; *.tracepartsonline.net; *.launchdarkly.com to proxy exception but i obtain urlopen error. someone can help me?

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Take a look at the steps below to verify access & continue using Fusion 360. You seem to have proxy & url errors. 

 

  1. Make sure you have an uninterrupted high-speed connection to the internet & try adjusting your LAN  & proxy settings etc. Test your connection using a  Internet Speed Test  or try another Wifi network
  2. Sign-out/close out all unnecessary apps from the systems tray, refer to "How to sign out of the Autodesk Desktop app"  
  1. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  1. Make exceptions to the following sites listed in these articles:

      6. You can use Fiddler to track network traffic & include the urls provided

Where you missing some urls or did you try Fiddler?
