problem in installing inventor professional 2015

Hello, 

I am trying to install inventor professional on my device. I am using windows 64 bit. my problem is i had installed inventor on my device normally but after a while i have changed my device and bought a new one and i am trying to install inventor but it is not installing at all. I download the file from the website and then i open it and then on the installing window it appears in the text " downloading... less than 1 min remaining- 0 of 196 MB" and that is it without any progress. for knowledge, i downloaded it once on the new device and it installed and he asked me for the serial and the key
but my lab top turned off unfortunately and then when i tried to install it again this problem happens to me. some how and i don't know how it worked but a new problem faced me (as attached in photos) a window appears with '' Microsoft visual c++ 2005 sp1 redistributable '' ( see photo attached ), i downloaded it ( the Microsoft c++ 2005) but still not working and the window appears again. so what should i do ?

Welcome to the community...

 

I see 2 issues here..

 

First issue, you are using an unreliable method of installing..  Steps to come later.

 

Second issue..  It appears you have proxy server and its required credentials to continue.  Do you have a proxy server in place?

 

Try these steps for downloading and installing.

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

If you want the full recommended installation steps, click on the installation link in my signature.

However if the installation does fail using this method, please post your installation log file here so we can review it.  Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #.  Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.

thank you very much for your cooperation, i was in a rush and i was expecting an issue from my own device so i formatted it and i did the installation normally ind it worked. thank you again.
