Problem adding Manufacture extension: "Something went wrong"

I am part of the Autodesk Education Community (verified account).  In Fusion 360, when I attempt to add the Manufacture extension, I get the attached response.  Note the "unlimited" credits I supposedly have.  I asked about this on Live Chat but was summarily directed to the following post, which was not helpful.

It seems likely that there is a problem with my account given that I appear to have enough credits and that as an educational user I am supposed to have access to this through the credits allotted to me.  How do I get this resolved?

@MODL-michaelsalem "they" probably meant you need to ask in the Fusion360 forum about why extensions do not work, assuming your EDU license allows for them. Your posted screenshot appears to have a generic "try again later" error which is enough to ask there https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360/ct-p/1234

I and many other Educational License holders are facing problem for Product Design Extension. And the Team said they are working to fix it. Maybe the Error you are facing will also be resolved soon.

(The same Error that you are facing)

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

Are you experiencing these issues with any of the other extensions? I recently renewed my educator license and extensions are missing from my extension manager. Reinstall fixed the issue. I thought it was an account issue.
