I have a user that is trying to download the trial for Plant Design Suite. I have tried on 3 different PCs and using Google Chrome and IE and recieve the same results on all machines.
It asks to download an installer file that seems to be like a download manager. This file downloads no problem and then initiates the actual software download. Shortly after this launches it shows an error message of 'Aborted. (Error:8)'.
Has anyone had this problem before or know how I can get around it? I tried contacted the sales team via chat and was informed this forum is the ONLY place that I could get assistance and that there were no technical teams that could assist other than this.
My user is trying to try the software about before buying and seems upsetting that there isnt a tech team to help support the trial install.

I dont see an option for the plant design suite in that listing. Will this also give me access to the free trial and not a full version asking for a license key?
