Plant 3D installer.exe giving error 6

I'm trying to deploy Plant 3D 2022 on SCCM but it's giving me error 6 when installing, I even tried running the Installer.exe manually with admin rights and got the same results, I attached a screenshot of the error on the installation log
It's trying to access folder Image\SetupRes but there's no folder with that name

The error states that the C:\Temp\Plant3D2022... could not be found. It seems you are encountering an access or permissions issue. Please review the "Best Practices for creating a deployment" to verify that you created the deployment properly.
