Personal use license renewal system not working

My personal use Fusion360 license ended on the 12/27/2020.  It had stated this in the Fusion360 program as well as on my Autodesk account.  I followed the Autodesk instructions on how to renew my license.

 

I had to simply wait till after my license was expired then wait for the get started button at the bottom of the Fusion360 personal use homepage to become available.  It didn't.  It continues to say that I still have a subscription when I clearly do not.  I tried refreshing the page, logging out and waiting a day before logging back into my Autodesk account on the webpage and the program.  I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it doesn't change.  The webpage for some reason thinks I still have a license when I don't.

Since this is a license issue, this is something Autodesk will need to look at in your account: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support
