PAF Error = 4 Line = 8191

Hello,

I wasn't the person who installed ArtCAM the first time on my PC. It was done by a guy who worked for a PC Store which doesn't exist anymore. The licence file wasn't either send on my Email Account. My product came with a disk and a dongle but after installing ArtCAM I get the error message. Is there any way the I can get the licence file send to my actual mail?

When i click on "Chat: Online" Link i get an error from the site that goes:

404 Not Found: Requested route ('otto-production-customer.mybluemix.net') does not exist.

I am from Serbia, maybe that's the reason i can't get access to the site.
Is their any way to get the licence file through this forum?

This error message indicates that you do not have a PAF Licence file (*.paf) installed correctly.

I can't find any record of your name or email address in the legacy Delcam customer database. Therefore, please confirm the number of the dongle in your possession so that I can provide you with further assistance.
