On-going Student License Export Control Screening issue

Hi there,

I have on-going Student License issue and I have contacted Autodesk about this regrettable situation (as the screenshot shown above), they have checked that my license is accepted. They have suggest that I should reset the router and WIFI however, this suggestion did not work. I am still having the same issue. My query is whether paying Arnold renderer affected the Student License as the problem occurred a day after I have made my payment?

Hi @Anonymous,

Whoever at support told you this was router/wifi issue is clearly trying to move cases since that will not work since this is on Autodesk's side of things.

However, why did you buy Arnold on a Student License?  Especially when you get it for free.

If you intend to use Arnold for commercial use then you need to have your educational entitlements removed which can be done by reaching out to educational support: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Excellent question, the reason why I have bought Arnold is for the C4D stuff and since my school does not provide C4DtoA I could not get it for free which is unfortunate. I am not doing this for commercial purposes, instead using Arnold for my project.
