Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..
The 2014 version has been retired and based on your image it looks like you're trying to install it on Windows 10 which is not supported and will not work. Why do you need a legacy version?

You seem to be trying to install 3dsMax 2017? I also see Backburner 2014?
If you are using 3dsMax 2017 you want to have the proper Backburner version installed.
Please review >this post< on the subject to uninstall the Backburner 2014 version & install 2017. Let us know if you are any more questions.
