Not Down Loading

I had issues, it requested to uninstall and reinstall. I did that, then it stated I needed to up grade to MacOS 10.12. but I have Mac OS 10.12.6. So why doesn't it install?

what's not downloading ... what version?

I can see it's for MacOS 10.12. Sierra

Most like 2020 will need to be 10.13 or higher ...
