Not able to register with ID

Hi all.

 

I have several times tried to download and install revit. 

Every time, i cannot register via "ID", the systems say that License manger i not proper downloaded. 

Any idea?revit.jpg

This is the Desktop App forum, try the Revit or Installation Forum. (Desktop App is a application itself)

Hi @Anonymous,

The license manager malfunctioning could be a few things as you can see here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-The-License-manager-is-not-functioning-or-is-improperly-installed-with-ACAD-2020.html

The first step would be to check in task manager to see if it's running:

adsk licensing service.PNG

The next place to start would be updating the licensing mechanism which can be downloaded from here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Licensing-Service-Updates.html
