Not a supported email format

I have an autodesk account with my own domain (Example@example.FAMILY).  Though I can create an autodesk account with this email, I am not able to download the free version for personal use (https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal-form) as it says "Please enter a valid e-mail address."

Just wanted to give this feedback to the web designer, they may want to add .family as an approved top level domain
