No options when trying to add "Name of educational institution"

There are no options in the drop down menu when trying to add the name of educational institution while registering as a student (even if I type just one letter or the whole name). I am uploading a screenshot to show this.

Try a different browser .. but use it with the Incognito mode and see if it works.

Hi @2014100891,

You should be able to reset the list by reselecting (select something else, then select what you had originally) your country and institution type.
