No email with activation key

I bought Autodesk Sketchbook pro 7 two days ago and downloaded it to my computer. I was told that I would recieve an email with an activation and key code within 24 hours but it never arrived and I haven't been able to use my new product. Did I misunderstand how long I'm supposed to wait, or did something happen? I really need to be able to use this program soon.

I've contacted the Online Store team and will get back to you as soon as I have a resolution. Due to a few more orders having the same problem, I would expect the resolution to take between 24 and 48 hours.
