New Installation of EAGLE won't start

I am new to EAGLE and I just installed it yesterday.

But it won't make it past the splash screen and won't give me any information on WHY its crashing.

I am running Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit on a bootcamped Mac Pro 4,1 (late 2009).

This machine has an 8-core Intel Xeon 2.67GHz CPU and 8GB RAM.

MacOSX 10.11.6 and Windows 7 are on separate SSDs and there is a third common files drive, which is a 1TB rotational.

The graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 5700 series.

I tried restarting my machine several times after the install, no luck.

I tried running Windows Updates to make sure everything, including optional updates are current, no luck.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling EAGLE, no luck.

I browsed through these forums and found another post with a similar issue, solved by a graphics card driver update, no luck.

Running out of ideas and I need to get up and running sometime on Monday to review a PCB design from a supplier.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance

I also checked that EAGLE is installed in the C:\ drive, not in C:\Program Files.

Below is the event from the logs:
