Network License for 3D Studio Max 2011

My company has established a network server for the licensing of 3D Studio Max 2011. Unfortunately the client side installation only has the options of trial or single user/Stand alone (Serial Number & Product Key)

 

The Serial Number / Product Key that was supplied with the instillation discs doesn't work and I am unable to find an entry in the FAQs that tels me how to change the licensing model from stand alone to network.

 

What am I missing?

Default is standalone, if you click on configure you could change the license type
