Hello,
The reason why I am posting this request here is that I think that I might be able to get a faster response here than from opening a case.
I would appreciate if someone could take a look and at my customer's log file and the status enquiry as well.
I need to debug this log to see if something is wrong because customer has told me he has a strange behavior sometimes, for example 2 floating licenses working instead of three etc.
So if everything is good with the log, there might be a problem on the customer's side.
Please check the attached files. Any help would be very appreciated.
