Need help installing product to my desktop, already on my laptop

New user here. I was just authorized a student account. I downloaded AutoCad, version 2021, to my MacBook Pro laptop yesterday. I would like to also put this product on my MAC desktop-operating with Big Sur 11.2.

I understand that I can only use (login) to one device at a time. Yesterday I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the Autodesk Chat Team. They advised me to uninstall AutoCad on my laptop and install it to my desktop every time I switched between devices??? That would cumbersome to uninstall AutoCad every time I switch between my devices.

It is my understanding that I can install it on both devices, however I can only use one at a time. Is this accurate?  If so, can someone please walk my through the installation process for the desktop please. When I tried to download the software, while logged out of my laptop I was unable to get the download to work. I will include a few screen shots below. Thank you in advance for helping me with this process.

What does your EULA say about installing on multiple devices? That is all that really matters. Not something someone on the phone or someone here in the forums says.

Exhibit B, Number 4, says

" Educational Stand-alone (Individual) License.  If the License Identification identifies the License Type as “Educational Stand-alone (Individual)”, then an Educational Licensee may Install a copy of the specific release of the Licensed Materials designated in the applicable License Identification on two (2) Computers (or as otherwise authorized in writing by Autodesk), subject to certain functional limitations described in Section 6.3 (Affected Data), on a Stand-alone Basis, and permit Access to such copy of the Licensed Materials solely by the Educational Licensee solely for Educational Purposes.  An Educational Stand-alone (Individual) License is for a fixed term specified in the applicable License Identification or, if no such term is specified, the term is thirty-six (36) months from Installation or as otherwise authorized in writing by Autodesk."
