Need advise on Maya trial which should be an educator license

As an educator I downloaded Autocad and Maya. The autocad recognized me as faculty but Maya didn't. It still shows it as a 30 day trial. I have the serial number and key but cant find out how to enter it so that Maya comes up as a non-trial version.

Any help would be approciated.

If you go into manage.autodesk.com/all products and services do you see Maya in there?

What version of Maya are we talking about?

When you say you have the serial #.. Is that the serial # for AutoCAD or Maya?
