We have a couple users that are trying to demo Navisworks to determine if we will be purchasing licenses for a number of users. I have downloaded the demo and installed on two different workstations. After launching the program and signing in, a license window appears stating license not available. I have re-downloaded and re-installed the program multiple times with the same result. How do I get a demo license assigned to these accounts to get this to work?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Screenshot of the license window is attached. I do not see anywhere to run a trial or anything about a trial. I go to the already have a license, there is also no option for a trial.
These users have also never used or installed Navisworks before.

It is the 2020 version.
I actually opened a ticket with AutoDesk as well and received a response to try the following article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Trial-ve...
I followed the process outlined and that seems to have worked! Just go in as if you had a serial number to enter but just run instead of filling out an actual serial.
