My trial after 2nd day stopped working

Hi there,

 

Do you possibly know hoe to resolve the trial version issue? It has stopped working after 2 days of installing it. I have taken a screenshot

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Thanks for posting & sorry to hear you are having problems with your trial version. Please review the steps below to help resolve this problem. 

 

  1. Reboot the computer 
  2. Locate the Mac version you are running in the "About this Mac" to make sure you meet the system requirements for the application
  3. Be sure to sign-in as Administrator, verify permissions on your Mac  & also review setting permissions 
  4. Temporarily disable security settings on a Mac
  5. Adjust the Proxy Settings
  6. Check for malware with https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/ & temporarily disable it 
  7. Apply all product updates & the latest Autodesk Licensing Service Updates & make sure the service is running on your Mac
  8. Update or check the graphics card driver on the system

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I did follow your advice, but unfortunately I have not managed to sort out the issue. I am not sure what the next step is really..
