My Product key for Autocad 2021 mac doesn't work

Please help can't get the serial number and product key to work as I do come back with error mesage

The Product Key for AutoCAD for Mac 2021 is 777M1, Your serial number should be found at http://manage.autodesk.com/.

If it says SIGN IN in place of a serial number then you can only sign in to your account to activate your license.

If you go to your Account Manager ( https://manage.autodesk.com/cep ) is this what you're seeing?

If so you won't have a serial number, you'll have this:
