My MSI stealth 15M laptop cannot access Revit BIM360 cloud even updated to Revit 2018.3.3

Hi everyone / Autodesk Support Team,

 

I just get my new laptop MSI Stealth 15M, and I try to install the Revit 2018 and also Naviswork 2018 on this computer. I found different issues on these software. First, for Revit 2018, after I updated to 2018.3.3(as capture shown), I still cannot access to BIM360 as I always do with my desktop. Re-installation and re-update methods are tried, but cannot fix it.

 

Second, for Naviswork 2018, it closes without any warning or notice just after I open it......

 

Please help on this issues.

I have tried many of them, but still cannot solve it, the only one I don't really understand is about diabling the "Godmode" of window

Just to update with my current condition,

For 2020 Revit and Naviswork, I can open them nice and also with the cloud.

For 2018 Revit, BIM360 is disabled, Naviswork flash out when opening.
