Hi,

I recently received a download link from your fullfilment dept by Fabian Sommer after requesting a link to re-download my software.  My previous computer crashed and I lost all my software and email history.  I installed AutoCad LT 2012 64 from his link and it is now asking for my licensing credentials.  I do not have that info.  Can you please resend that to me so that I can complete the installation process.  I activated the software using the 30 trail option.  Thank you.

Welcome to the community..

This is a user forum so we don't have any access to your information..  Although Autodesk does monitor these forums they may not ever see your posting.  In addition its the weekend and most likely nothing will happen until Monday.

However on Monday might suggest you use the Activation/Chat link that is in my signature.   Just wait until the page fully loads before seeing the chat option.
