Modify validation form

I think there some mistake in my verification form, my Fusion 360 licence renew was reject by sheerid, i says "your are faculty not student", im student bur i cant modify something, help me please

behind the respond fron sheerid
sheerid says goto edu-contact, edu-contact say goto sheerid

Our records show that your verification request was rejected because the status selected on your form was faculty, whereas your document showed the status of student. Since SheerID must verify information as accurately as possible, we cannot approve a request if the status is not a match.
