Microsoft Remote Desktop or Autodesk Remote

I have a stand-alone copy of Revit installed on a single computer (Windows 7).

I remote desktop to the computer from another computer either on the network or at home/VPN.

I open Revit stand-alone as the sole user.

Remember, Microsoft Remote Desktop only allows for a single user to remote in

Am I in violation of the EULA?

Please Autodesk Person answer this question.  Because everywhere I've looked I get convulated answers.

Many THANKS!!!

As long as you are in total control of both devices and there is no chance for anyone to be using it in your absence... Read your EULA, that's the gist of the requirement you must meet.

Hi @betsy_ormsbee,

Welcome to the community!

Great question. I agree with @pendean's analysis. To me personally, remoting in is a fancy way of displaying your computer on another monitor. Also, if you want to have the program on two computers, you should also look into requesting a home use license.
