MAYA Installation Problem

Hi,

After downloading the software and opening it, I followed the steps and press the install button.

However, there is no section for me to chose. The button instal is blocked so that I can't press it, and I also can't change the place where I wan't to setup Maya cuase the button is also blocked.

Really wanna know how to solve these problems, looking forward to your help, thanks.

Could you try using the Microsoft Fixit Tool to remove any residual keys in your system before attempting to reinstall? You can refer to the links below for more information and instructions:

Program lists as already installed

Program cannot be installed because the installer indicates that it is already loaded.

Autodesk 3DS Max 2015 & Maya 2015 installer says it is installed
