Maya Educational Access but unable to activate the product

Heya, I just got educational access to autodesk products and just installed Maya which I need for uni, when I launch it gives me the options, Single User, Multi User, the option to enter a license key or start a trial. I click Single user and the window closes and nothing happens, nothing is running. The only option that works is for  me to start a 30 day trial. How can I get Maya to work with my student license.

Hi @Anonymous, 

I am sorry to hear you are having this activation issue with Maya. If you go to your Autodesk Account, https://manage.autodesk.com and sign in, under your Products and Service, is should show Maya, when you select the drop down you should see something along the lines of what is shown below, you should see either a serial number/key or you may see a Sign In option. If the Sign In option shows select Sign In and enter your Autodesk Account credentials. If you still need help activating contact customer service.
