Maya 2020 not installing

When i try to install Maya on mac the installer is giving me this or window which says the installer not working and reopen button. How i can fix it?

Hi @Anonymous,

The error is what it means - something else is installing in the background.

Try completing restarting and then running the installing.

Also only click run once as multiple instances can interfere with each other.
