Maya 2020 installation stuck

My installation of Maya 2020 educational license has been stuck on 62% for so long now, I don't want to cancel the installation and cause more troubles, there is not a clue that the installation is moving forward, and i don't want to waste time waiting for nothing either because i need it for my online classes, is there a way to know if the installation is progressing or not?
