I have installed AutoCAD 2022 yesterday along with the update 2022.0.1, Windows 10 64bit
Today I tried the render command and as expected it told me to download the medium material library to which I proceeded but it didn't work. I used downloadmanager command and it said download failed
(the job's cost transfer policy settings prevent the job from transferring at this time)
It showed an option to retry and resume or to cancel, I retried but it gave the same error what do I do now?

I ended up downloading the library manually and installing.
Later found out that my network connection was metered and so Windows 10 blocks large file transfers ( in this case the material library download )
I haven't tried again so can't say for sure it solves but if anyone else has the same issue try it out and let us know.
@natasha.l thanks for helping out
How did you do the manual download for the materials? We are a MEP firm and did not need them, but I am now wanting to use Enscape and can not without the materials. Thanks.
