Manage License disappeared

Update Mac today (Big Sur 11.2.3) and although AutoCAD LT for Mac opens it quickly opens a prompt window to say "Product License - Out of Time" and so I have to quit application.  I noticed that the Manage License is not an option in help drop down and if I click Manage License from the AutoCAD drop down it does not work.

I also opened my License Transfer Facility and the serial number appears as 000-000000 and when I enter my serial number with product key it says it is invalid.

Any ideas??

Thanks

I used the chat facility & gave remote access but could not fix so I've got a call later today so will update. Looks like a permission issue that must have changed when Mac Big Sur updated overnight

Hi @midsussexdesign

What AutoCAD LT version do you have on your Mac?

Have you tried to Reset AutoCAD or reinstall it?

All sorted through the Helpdesk (call back).  I think that something from the Big Sur update caused the license check to fail so they stopped the service manually and then restarted it (sorry can't be more technical than that!).  Good service from AutoDesk
