we are having really bad issues with the login procedure.
the browser passage is unable to verify email + password combination, and it's 100% correct.
this happens on several PC, basically via VPN.
this also prevents you from having a 30 day temporary license in case of unavailable connection to autodesk servers.
it's becoming annoying and frustrating.
we are also speaking with our IT department to check if we (probably) have proxy issues with the VPN system, but this is pure bull****
Could very well be a firewall issue, especially if the firewall does DPI-SSL. Have you IT department look into that: Which URLs/Protocols need to be allowed for Autodesk Subscription Licensing
