Log in troubles!

After logging in the page goes blank and can not pressed to the next screen. What is the fix so that I can install AutoCad2012? My E-Mail is patrickmarcus@hotmail.com or 10622767@uvlink.uvu.edu. I would like to know so I can do my AutoCad home work at home.

could you be more specific about when this problem occurs?

Is it during the installation, or when you try to register/activate it? Or at some other point?
