Liscense Manager Error? Help?

When I try to load up AutoCAD, a window pops up saying a liscense error has occoured, please restart your computer to initialize the liscense management system. Error 7.1.29

If I click okay there, another window pops up saying "FATAL ERROR: The security system (softlock liscense manager) is not functioning or is improperly installed.

I then hit okay on that window, and it goes away and nothing else happens. When I first got the program, it did this too, but I think I posted here or somrthing, because I got a way to fix it. I haven't used SutoCAD in a long time though, so I forgot how I did it. Any ideas? Oh yeah, I am running Windows XP Home

Install the latest licensing drivers from here:

http://support.autodesk.com/enu/getDoc.asp?id=DL402225

Make sure you're logged in as an administrator when you do the install.
